How long is the leasehold? What happens when the lease runs out?
The villa prices cover a 25-year leasehold period that begins after construction, ensuring you do not lose any time. Additionally, you have a guaranteed option to extend the lease for 5, 10 or 15 years at the market value of the land price at the time of extension. Leaseholds in Bali rarely run out, as extensions provide ongoing income for Indonesian landowners. Properly prepared contracts ensure leaseholders maintain the right to extend their lease. Our buyers will have the right to extend their leasehold by paying the land market value at the time of extending. You also retain the right to sell your leasehold property at any time, providing flexibility and options throughout the lease period.
What is the payment plan?

Do you offer any financing options?
Unfortunately, there are no financing options for foreigners in Indonesia. You will need to secure financing in your home country before buying a villa.
